System Applications: The control panel in this listing if for heating applications that require (2) fluid operating temperatures. Likely applications include;  Baseboard radiators when the requirements are also to heat concrete slab or wood floors. Concrete slab and/or wood floor heating using a non-condensing boiler (boiler must also be protected from low return fluid temperatures in most of these applications). Radiant heating utilizing alternative fuel boilers such as solar, wood, coal and coal.  Fluid Mixing Method: A high flow mixing valve is placed in a location on the panel which meets the requirements of the client’s application. Likely locations include;  The entire system.  Before (1) or more zone distribution pumps  Boiler: The boiler is not included in this listing. The control panel can/will be custom built to plumb to the boiler you intend to use.  Electronic Zone Controller: Controls 2 zones with the installed power cord for plug in installation to your existing 120 VAC outlet. A service on/off switch is provided. One air sensing thermostat is provided for each zone and wires directly to the on-board electronic controller with a minimum 2 conductor, 18 gauge thermostat wire (not provided).  Zone Ports: Unless otherwise requested each zone port is equipped with 3/4″ PEX crimp fittings for a quick no solder connection. Zone ports are equipped with shut-off valves. Ports will be installed in whatever configuration makes your installation easier, i.e. up or down.  OTHER FEATURES: Auto Fill Port with Back Flow Preventer, Custom Sized Expansion Tank, Pressure Reducing Valve, Temperature/Pressure Gauge on the Boiler Out Side, Manual Glycol Fill Ports, System Drain Valve for Connection to Water Hose.  The biggest cost of any Hot Water Radiant Heat System is the labor to build an install.
